Paula Spronk
Paula Spronk initiated the Vedanta Study Group in Holland. Originally she comes from Switzerland where she worked in family counseling. In 1984 she met Swami Chinmayananda and was immediately taken by his love and the vision of Advaita Vedanta. Swami Chinmayananda advised Paula to follow the Vedanta course in Sandeepany Sadhanalaya in Mumbai, where between 1986 and 1989 she studied the main Vedanta texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and the Brahma Sutras, with Swami Tejomayananda as teacher. Back in Europe, she married Frank Spronk whom she met during a Vedanta seminar in Switzerland. Both their sons are musicians and are also interested in Vedanta. Paula Spronk is an authorized Vedanta teacher. In Vught she is conducting the Vedanta Study Groups in English and Dutch language. She is also giving Meditation classes and meets with interested people individually. Paula Spronk is a devoted Vedanta teacher; her sincerity convinces.
Frank Spronk
Frank Spronk met Swami Chinmayananda in Zurich in 1976. Right in the first talk it was a recognition, a coming home. Throughout the years Frank Spronk attended many Vedanta seminars all over the world. First he studied Law, later changed to music, a conservatory study Cello and double bass. He feels it as great challenge to share Vedanta with interested people in the West. Together with his wife Paula he is giving Vedanta study groups and meditation classes.
He is the author of 'Droplets' a unique inspirational Advaita Vedanta text that was published in 2019.
